海外研究學(xué)生基金計劃向杰出且有研究能力的海外研究生提供資助。該項獎學(xué)金由各大學(xué)代英國教育與技能部（DfES）管理。獎學(xué)金授予從事研究類、全日制課程的碩士學(xué)生。費用包括國際學(xué)生與本國學(xué)生學(xué)費的差額部分。獎學(xué)金的基準(zhǔn)為一年，但可以根據(jù)研究課程的期限，在第二年或第三年時更新。
