悉尼大學(xué)

      澳洲頂尖八所大學(xué)（GROUP EIGHT）集團(tuán)成員。創(chuàng)建于1853年，是澳洲最古老、規(guī)模最大、聲望最高的大學(xué)之一。墨爾本大學(xué)師資及研究力量雄厚，一批國際知名的學(xué)者應(yīng)邀在校工作，其中包括諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)得主Peter Doherty教授和Bert Sakmann教授。學(xué)科廣泛，并以教學(xué)、研究規(guī)模大、質(zhì)量高而舉世聞名。墨爾本法學(xué)院成立于1873年，學(xué)院師資力量非常雄厚，下屬十幾個(gè)研究中心。

      4．墨爾本法學(xué)院專業(yè)博士（The Melbourne JD ），學(xué)制2年，入學(xué)途徑：已經(jīng)具有澳大利亞或者海外大學(xué)學(xué)士或者以上學(xué)歷，不要求本科專業(yè)為法律，但是由于競爭激烈，一般要有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

      蒙納士大學(xué)

      澳洲頂尖的八所大學(xué)（GROUP EIGHT）集團(tuán)成員。位于墨爾本的巨型大學(xué)，充滿活力的“世界大學(xué)”。建立于1961，在墨爾本及周圍分布有六個(gè)校園，此外另有校園位于馬來西亞吉隆坡及南非約翰內(nèi)斯堡。在澳大利亞蒙納士大學(xué)是校園最大，在校學(xué)生最多的綜合性重點(diǎn)大學(xué)。蒙納士大學(xué)法學(xué)院是澳大利亞比較年輕的法學(xué)院，但是發(fā)展迅速，已經(jīng)成為澳大利亞培養(yǎng)法律人才的主要基地之一，并且學(xué)校本身可以為法律本科畢業(yè)生提供律師職業(yè)培訓(xùn)（Practical Legal Training）。
