最近澳洲的移民申請(qǐng)速度非常的慢，而且內(nèi)部的處理順序一直是一個(gè)謎團(tuán)，今天這個(gè)謎團(tuán)解開(kāi)了。根據(jù)澳大利亞移民部長(zhǎng)的最新公布的政策，從9月23日開(kāi)始，移民局將執(zhí)行以下優(yōu)先審批順序
第一： 關(guān)于885，886等PR簽證審理順序
1. applications from people who are employer sponsored under the ENS and the RSMS
     雇主擔(dān)保和RSMS偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)雇主擔(dān)保申請(qǐng)人
2. applications from people who are nominated by a State/Territory government and whose nominated occupation is listed on the Critical Skills List (CSL)
   州政府擔(dān)保同時(shí)提名職業(yè)在關(guān)鍵職業(yè)清單CSL上的申請(qǐng)人
3. applications from people who are sponsored by family and whose nominated occupation is listed on the CSL
   886親屬擔(dān)保，同時(shí)職業(yè)在關(guān)鍵職業(yè)清單CSL的申請(qǐng)人
4. applications from people who are neither nominated nor sponsored but whose nominated occupation is listed on the CSL
    提名職業(yè)在CSL清單上的申請(qǐng)人（非雇主提名或者擔(dān)保的）
5. applications from people who are nominated by a State/Territory government whose nominated occupation is not listed on the CSL
    擁有州政府提名但是不在關(guān)鍵職業(yè)清單CSL的申請(qǐng)人
6. (i) applications from people whose occupations are listed on the Migration Occupations in Demand List (MODL) and (ii) applications from people who are sponsored by family and whose nominated occupation is not listed on the CSL.

1.applications from people who have completed an Australian Doctor of Philosophy (PHD) at an Australian educational institution in Australia

提名職業(yè)在CSL清單上的申請(qǐng)人
3.applications from people who have completed an Australian Bachelor degree and Australian Masters degree at an Australian educational institution in Australia
在澳洲本碩連讀的申請(qǐng)人
4.applications from people who have completed an Australian Bachelor degree and Australian Honours degree (at least upper second class level) at an Australian educational institution in Australia
本科加榮譽(yù)學(xué)士申請(qǐng)人
5.applications from people who have completed an Australian Bachelor degree or Australian Masters degree at an Australian educational institution in Australia

第三：關(guān)于案例審理的估計(jì)時(shí)間
在CSL清單的申請(qǐng)人可以在12個(gè)月內(nèi)獲得簽證。If you have applied for an onshore or offshore GSM visa and your nominated occupation is on the CSL, it is estimated that your application will be finalised within 12 months from your lodgement date.
如果申請(qǐng)人提名職業(yè)不在優(yōu)先類別，而且你在海外，那么如果你在2009年底申請(qǐng)移民，要等到2012年底

請(qǐng)記?。耗闾崦穆殬I(yè)在申請(qǐng)過(guò)程中不可以改變?。。?BR>如果你的申請(qǐng)不在優(yōu)先類別，請(qǐng)不要寫(xiě)信給移民局要求優(yōu)先處理，移民局簽證官也必須按照移民部長(zhǎng)的公告辦事。
If your nominated occupation is not on the CSL and you have applied for an offshore GSM visa or intend to apply for an offshore GSM before the end of 2009, it is unlikely that your visa will be finalised before the end of 2012.
If your nominated occupation is not on the CSL and you applied for an onshore GSM visa or intend to apply for an onshore GSM before the end of 2009, it is unlikely that your visa will be finalised before the end of 2011.
Your ‘nominated occupation’ is the occupation you nominated at the time you lodged your application and cannot be changed.
如果申請(qǐng)人等待時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)，申請(qǐng)人可以在澳洲自由居住和工作，或者選擇雇主提名，或者其他實(shí)質(zhì)性簽證，或者撤銷申請(qǐng)回到原居住國(guó)。如果撤銷申請(qǐng)申請(qǐng)費(fèi)是不退還的。
如果申請(qǐng)人中途有事情回國(guó)，可以申請(qǐng)過(guò)橋簽證B，一般允許出境3個(gè)月。 3個(gè)月后回來(lái)無(wú)需通知移民局。
    據(jù)留學(xué)專家分析，目前的移民審理順序放緩和以下幾個(gè)因素有關(guān)系：
1. 澳洲人口增加太快：隨著目前澳洲移民大量涌入，去年澳洲增加了50萬(wàn)據(jù)《澳洲日?qǐng)?bào)》報(bào)道，澳洲統(tǒng)計(jì)局9月22日公布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，截至2009年3月的一年中，今年澳洲人口增長(zhǎng)近50萬(wàn)人，是自1960年代后所未見(jiàn)的人口大爆炸。一個(gè)環(huán)保團(tuán)體表示，這沒(méi)什么可高興的，澳洲應(yīng)該縮減引進(jìn)移民的規(guī)模以保護(hù)環(huán)境。 去年3月至今年3月間，共有43萬(wàn)9千名移民來(lái)到澳洲，澳洲人口增長(zhǎng)率超過(guò)2%，目前總?cè)丝跒?180萬(wàn)。其中，近期絕大多數(shù)人口增長(zhǎng)都是移民，大約是30萬(wàn)人。此外，一場(chǎng)“小型嬰兒潮”也在同時(shí)進(jìn)行中，共有16萬(wàn)新生兒呱呱墜地。政府表示，人口增長(zhǎng)是好事，因?yàn)檫@意味著有足夠的勞動(dòng)力推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。然而一些環(huán)保團(tuán)體表示移民已經(jīng)多到不該再多了。澳洲保育基金會(huì)(ACF)發(fā)言人貝熱(Charles Berger)表示，人口增長(zhǎng)和環(huán)境保護(hù)是相沖突的。人口越多，溫室氣體排放也就越多，河流污染就越嚴(yán)重，基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施也就越緊缺。每增加100萬(wàn)人，溫室氣體排放量就增加2500噸。貝熱強(qiáng)烈呼吁政府把移民數(shù)量控制在“更利于可持續(xù)發(fā)展的水平”。“要是我們繼續(xù)放任城市無(wú)限膨脹，就別指望擁有清潔的環(huán)境和優(yōu)質(zhì)的生活?！?/FONT>數(shù)據(jù)顯示，西澳的人口增長(zhǎng)得最快，而塔斯馬尼亞的人口增長(zhǎng)最慢。但各州及領(lǐng)地的人口均有增長(zhǎng)。
